Brett Eldredge was ready to show off something he's good at! The country stud was all over the place during his ACM Awards performance of his new hit, and he totally nailed it!
Brett Eldredge, 31, totally spiced things up during his ACM Awards performance on April 2! Rather than just sticking to the stage like most of the other performers, Brett started singing "Somethin' I'm Good At" backstage with some quirky background dancers, then walked through the crowd as he continued jamming out to the upbeat track. The feel good song is the lead single from Brett's upcoming third album.
"My performance is very creative and kind of all over the place…literally," Brett said in an interview with Sounds Like Nashville before the ACM Awards. "I am kind of going all over the place. It totally fits my personality and the whole concept of 'Somethin' I'm Good At,' the song, and so it's gonna be wild."

Brett wrote the song with writer Tom Douglas, and he recently shared that he wanted to tell a story of his "all over the place" personality.
"[We] just tried to give something that's [about] embracing your faults and making them beautiful, embracing the randomness in my life, being clumsy and being okay with being clumsy, or whatever," he told The Boot.
"We're all just people; we're all just having fun. I wanted to remind people of that. In the end, that becomes endearing; that makes somebody smile. There's somebody out there that's going to like you and love you for the crazy mess that you are. That's what I'm always looking for, and that's why I wrote the song, and I finally found something I'm good at. That's what it's all about."
