Don't call it a comeback — because it's not happening.
Kanye West will not perform at Coachella this year, despite speculation that the festival would mark his return after months away from the stage, TMZ reports.
Rumors started swirling due to the fact ScHoolboy Q and Travis Scott are both Coachella acts — and West is featured on a ScHoolboy song and has worked with Scott in the past.
However, multiple sources at the festival told TMZ there are no plans for the "Famous" singer to make an appearance.

West, 39, showed up at Coachella last year, jumping on stage with A$AP Rocky. West headlined the California festival back in 2011.
The singer has not been on stage since November when he abruptly cancelled the remainder of his Saint Pablo tour and was taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation after displaying erratic behavior. The incident came just weeks after his wife Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint causing him to leave in the middle of his set at the Meadows Music Festival in New York City.
He called off the remaining 21 gigs of the American leg of his tour at the time. West's European dates were cancelled about a month later.
It's still unclear when the rapper will return to performing.
