Two Delhi DJs to perform at Bieber's Mumbai concert

While the Norwegian DJ and music producer Alan Walker, who is known for his single 'Faded', will be opening for Justin Bieber at the DY Patil Stadium, Mumbai on May 10, two Delhi-based DJs have been roped in for the second act. Gurgaon-based Sahil Sharma aka DJ Zaeden and Delhi boy Sarthack Sardana aka DJ Sartek will be a part of Bieber's concert too.

DJ Zaeden, who is one of the first Indian electronic music producers to play at Tomorrowland, Looptopia Festival and Marenostrum Music Festival, says, "I am nervous as well as excited to be playing on the same stage as Bieber! My playlist is ready with my remixed versions of 'Maroon 5' and 'Coldplay'. I am a Bieber fan too and have also remixed his song, 'Love Yourself'. If I get a chance to speak to him, I would like to talk about new stuff in music. Bieber's last album had many dance tracks, so I will be discussing that. I would also like to tell him more about India and Ind ian music. This time, I think he won't be visiting many cities here, but I hope he comes to Delhi during his next visit." He adds that if there is one Delhi-based artist that he would want Bieber to collaborate with, it is Prateek Kuhad.

DJ Sartek has opened for Martin Garrix, Steve Aoki, Sick Individuals, Fedde Le Grand, Paul van Dyk, Quintino, Ummet Ozcan and Showtek. "Opening for an artist as established as Justin is exhilarating. To be honest, I cannot express how I feel. At the moment, I'm looking forward to this more than anything else. I am sure the show is going to be amazing and I'm excited to be a part of it. So far, I have performed with legendary DJs, but it is for the first time that I will be playing alongside a pop star. I am also a bit nervous to be playing for such a huge gathering," says Sartek, and adds that he is planning to offer some kebabs and biryani to the singer. "I don't know how much he knows about Indian food, but he should try it, especially Delhi food. I am thinking of carrying some kebabs and biryani for him from Delhi. If I get a chance to speak to him, I would want to be introduced to his hairstylist. Bieber comes up with cool and funky hairstyles. Even I would want to try one o f them," he adds.
